Our "Plant-Based in 60 Days" program gives students the reasons, routines and recipes to live a plant-based lifestyle. It is uniquely designed to introduce holistic lifestyle concepts, ween you off your current food choices and replace them with foods you may have never tried before. The program includes:

 

  • 8 Hours of Theory: focusing on food history, science and health. 

  • 16 Hours of Food Lab: a live cooking classes for all skill levels.

When can I start?

What is the class size?

Theory is open to all students via livestream and also sent as a recording.

Food Lab has a max of 10 students. 

1-on-1 Food Lab is also available for an additional cost.

Will I be forced to buy processed vegan 'meat' and 'cheeses'?

Never. You can choose to purchase these products for use in recipes, but this program is designed to teach you how cook alternatives from whole foods such as nuts, legumes, mushrooms and soy. 

Will this cure my dis-ease?

Food related dis-eases (type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart dis-ease, acne, arthritis, etc) have been proven to reverse with a whole food plant-based lifestyle. But you need to "do the thang." You cannot expect to heal unless you do the work. 

Will I get enough protein?

Absolutely. This program is designed to teach you how to make nutrient, fiber and protein rich meals. 

Weren't you a community farm before?

Yes, Puro Plants was originally a community supported farm. We opened during Covid and were shut down the first year by the city because we didn't support mandates or forced vaccines. 

I'm not ready to go completely plant-based, can I still join?

Absolutely. This program was designed to help you incorporate more plants into every meal. Our goal is to teach you how to eat more plants, not eat only plants.
